4. Handling Contact Data

If you contact us using the contact options provided (e.g. contact form, email, telephone or WhatsApp), your details will only be processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Your data will be stored for a maximum period of six months so that it can be used to respond to your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

If you actively register to receive information (WA newsletter or website newsletter), your personal data will be processed exclusively for the respective purpose.

We will inform you via WhatsApp and the website newsletter about events, discount specials or news (WhatsApp newsletter). These WhatsApp messages are sent exclusively on a voluntary basis and independently of ticket purchases or support or service enquiries.

You can unsubscribe from WhatsApp messages at any time without giving a reason, in particular by sending the word ‘STOP’ via WhatsApp. In this case, you will no longer receive WhatsApp messages from us.

Contacting us for support or service purposes does not constitute consent to receive WhatsApp newsletters or promotional messages.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent and will only be stored for as long as is necessary to process your request, fulfil the respective purpose or comply with statutory retention obligations.

5. Google Maps

When integrated, at least the following data is transmitted to Google, Inc.: IP address, time of visit, screen resolution, referrer URL, browser identifier (user agent), and search terms.

6. Web Analytics with Google Analytics

The information generated by the cookie is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. If IP anonymisation is activated, your IP address is truncated within EU/EEA countries. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted and truncated in the USA.
